Nearest supermarket to DTD

Hi, have noticed a lot of people talking about walmart and other supermarkets, just wondered if some one can recommend a supermarket within walking distance or cab ride of DTD, and if so approx how long ? do not have a car for this trip.:spin:

There is a Goodings at Crossroads which is at the end of Hotel Boulevard - about a 20 minute walk from DTD. Goodings is lovely produce but pricier than Walmart/ Publix - I like it because it is quality.
A bit further down SR 535 (go left when Crossroads is facing you) is a Winn Dixie - probably too far to walk though. Especially on way back with groceries.

You can get basic snack type things like drinks and crisps at the Hess station just across the road from DTD and all the WDW resorts have shops which sell a good range of provisions. If you are taking a cab I'd say Winn-Dixie would be a better option than Goodings and only a little further away.

Goodings at the Crossroads is qood but as already said more expensive than others. There is a Publix at back of premium outlets, but not in walking distance, 5 min taxi ride. Or the nearest Walmart is at Marker 12 on 192. Its huge if you fancy stocking up!
If its for snacks the 'Earl of Sandwich' at DTD is great for take out!

There is a newer Walmart on the 535, I think it might be closer than this one.
