BB Kings versus House of Blues

Has anyone been to BB Kings or HOB? How do they compare on food, drink and entertainment? I quite fancy a night of blues music, bud and hot food!:grin:

Never been to BB Kings but have been to HOB a few times and I have to say we liked it, especially the corn bread.

HOB is one of our favourites, lovely food and a great chilled atmosphere.

i never enjoyed HOB so ive never been back. The HOB venue is okay but as for food i didn't think their was much choice on the menu as far as i can remember anyways either that or i just didn't like what was on their menu and i've never been to BB kings but i'd like to.

I have been to BBKings Memphis many moons ago for lunch and really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I have done HB twice now and must say i did not like it on either visit.

I'm opposite to everyone here....I've been to BBKings in Pointe orlando but I've never been to HOB.
we loved BBKings, although we didn't have a full meal, just some drinks and appetisers, they were fantastic and the music was first class. there are some pics on my trip report

BB King's (http://orlando.bbkingclubs.com/) is quite the hot spot at the moment. Although Pointe Orlando itself isn't much to brag about the restaurants there are really taking off. I was going to the cinema Saturday night (9:00) and the place was rockin! I would certainly give it a try.

its a pretty small place, so although from our pics we look like we are at the front we were probably as far back as it was possible to be! we where at a high table with the high stools so we still had a fab view. not sure what time we arrived...maybe 9 o'clock ish
