Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD

Hi :wavey:

Our plan is to arrive, stock up on essentials at Walmart/Publix, and then take a look at Downtown Disney to get a feel for the place :d::d:

This is our first time to Orlando :spin:

As we don't want to make any ADR's for that night we are possibly going to eat at Wolfgang Puck Express as it seems to have a nice variety of food available.

Can anyone advise on this? is the food as yummy as it sounds? and also is it relatively easy to get a seat here?

hi-we ate there last year food brill-ordered at the counter then the food is bought on plates-very nice to sit outside-we are planning to go a few times on next trip

we did the same, first night just strolled down to DTD and ate in Wolfgang's. The food portions are incredible, and set you up for the "norm" over there

We done the same, ADR for arrival evening, food was good but service was terrible, its in my 1st day trip report.

Hi we ate there last year and was very dissapointed,food was horrible and service was bad and it wasn't cheap.

We've always found the food to be really good but the place has always lacked seating. It's always difficult to get a seat outside in our experience. Don't know whether the seating area was expanded when they recently did the refurb though.

we will probably go to the 'proper' one if you can just walk in as you said, I thought the express would be our only option without an ADR...

Wolfgang express is great. Thats where we usually go on our first night. Its next door to the Christmas Shop.

The service can be a bit slow but it is worth the wait. Def give it a go.

Its our favorate place to eat at DTD as there is food to suit us all. Portions are excellent and the food we have had has always been excellent.

Did have an ADR at the table service one but thats the second bad comment ive heard and im thinking about changing now

We always go to Woolfgang Puck Express on our first night, too tired to go for a proper meal or to a park. We have always found the food to be really good, their pizza is delicious and I'm not particularly a pizza fan.

We always eat at WP Express at least 3 or 4 times each trip. The food is excellent and good value too.

Strangely, we don't eat at the WP Cafe anymore. The last 2 meals we had there were very average. We'd much rather go to the Express - better food at half the price !!
