We did this a few years ago now and glad we did, cant put into exact words what it was like, but its very peacful, tranquil and the reflection time you have up there puts life into perspective!

Afraid not, we are off to Florida in 1 months time and have pre-booked our ballon flight for the second day after we arrive in case of weather problems, as far as I'm aware they'll try to re-book you before you leave to fly back home.

We pre-booked ours too, with Bluewater Balloons. Thoroughly recommended, we had a great time & the views you get are just stunning :thumb:

Check your insurance - ours only covered us if we pre booked the trip from the UK

We had a flight with them a few years back - it was lovely. We even managed to pond dip and then raise to the top of some bay trees and pick the bay leaves off. Fantastic experience.
Before you go up you help set up the balloon.
