So, we will be on th plane this time in two weeks and am nice and orgainsed except for doing any itineraries. Should I think about doing one for me, DH,and DD's 8 and 13 (14 whilst we're there) or just go with the flow? Does everyone else do one?

you should do one that way everyone knows what is expected of them! also it will help with things like budgets etc and its a way of making sure you see/do everything you want to .:wavey: have a fab time

:wavey:my brother always does one and really sticks to it, we cant because my son has health problems so we need to be really flexible with our plans and just go with the flow, but we know what we would like to do in the two weeks we are there and that is exciting enough for us:wavey:

do a flexable one!!! otherwise you may not fit in all you want to do! make a point of asking all what they really dont want to miss to ensure everyone is happy! plus its fun!!! have a good one!!xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Do a rough itinery, it can always be adapted
Too regimented for me but we do usually decide the night before what we'll be doing the next day. If you have meals booked in certain places/parks at certain times, then you'd be better off with an itinerary - however loose it is.

Its better to have a rough idea of what you're doing, but you don't have to stick exactly to it..

I did one but that was because DP had never been before and I wanted to make sure we fitted as much in as possible. We were knackered by the end of the first week and both fell asleep waiting for the afternoon parade in AK! LOL Am already starting to plan the next trip, which will be less regimented.

You will miss stuff if you don't have an itinerary.

Thanks.
DH and I are writing everything down that we all want to do, especially those things we missed last time, to ensure we don't forget anything. I've also written a list of places to eat to ensure we get to all those places.

we never have an itenary but we avoid the parks on the emh days or the busy days in the brits guide. We usually also have one or two adrs booked and thats it.
Funny thing is I am quite an organised person, already have a pile of new clothes for the holiday in December but our only plan during the holiday is breakfast on the 27/12 at Bomas and NYE in H&V at Hollywood studios.

I never normally do one, but next year, if we get the DDP we will have to have one!

we don't do an itenary but we do a rough guide of what we want to do and places we want to eat to ensure we don't miss out on anything or forget about anything.

We never had an itinerary during our last trips, we also went with the flow but this year we decided we would be a bit more organized...nothing 2 regimental because of our 2 + 4 year olds.
It was only after joining Dibb we felt it would be in our own interest to put some sort of plan in place...
Maybe we've left it a bit late but we'll see what happens...should be fine as we booked 2 ADR's + tickets to MNSSHP yesterday.

Hi, we have never done an itinerary before we go, we just fill in one that Virgin give you when we get there. We fill it in because then we can spread out the parks fitting in quieter days like water parks and shopping in between the busier bigger parks. Hope this helps.;)
