2 20 somethings in florida!-plan of Action

Hi all, so after becoming addicted to the dibb at the weekend i thought it was time we came with a plan of action.

GO-19TH SEPT-10.25-MANCHESTER-WITH VIRGIN
STAYING- INTERNATIONAL PLAZA RESORT AND SPA- http://www.intlplazaresort.com/
For - 2 WEEKS
WITH- ME-RACHEL IM 25 AND MY BOYFRIEND ROB HES 24

i have been to florida for like 2 days as we passed through while traveling with camp america in 2004, only been to universal though and stayed somewhere in I-Drive.
We did Disney Land Paris last July which we loved but it was only 2 days and rained alot, but we loved it, and it was only in January time we thought to go to America, So we booked in Feb with a 9 mth wait!

but now with 6 WEEKS to go we are getting rather excited.
Rob and i are big Disney fans, rob did his dissertation on Disney at uni we so had to watch alot of the films.
Another reason i am going to Florida is because i scrapbook:grin: i love love love it! if you havent heard of it, then find out about it as its a great way of recording stuff.
Anyway the scrapbooking shops are huge and fabulous in America and like half the price of anything here so i am super excited to get my mitts on some of the new stuff that hasnt made its way to UK yet.

Anyway Our Plan Of Action!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day1- 19th september

2.30 Arrive at Orlando Sanford Airport
4.00 Arrive at hotel via Shuttle Bus
Evening- Walmart and a meal-not sure where

thinks its great that you have it all planned, but i tend to just make sure i do everything i want, in a more relaxed and less organised way. It is after all a holiday, and sometimes ive seen people gettin all stressed out if they arent able to complete their days itinery as they have planned. maybe im just to laid back?

No problem! Another suggestion is when you're doing SW during the day, why not do the Luau show on the same day? And on the day you're in AK try the Rainforest Cafe there rather than going out to DTD to then go to MGM. Then you can try somewhere else at DTD, possibly on the day you do Cirque. Saves some rushing about, just a thought!

as you are both into Disney, maybe when you go to DisneyQuest you could do the class where they teach you to draw a disney character, it looks really good and you could put the drawing in your scrapbook page

Also - if you or Rob are into rollercoasters- at disneyquest you can design one on a computer then ride it in a simulator afterwards. I still have the videos of my kids doing that and they are hilarious

We are gonna book some things to do in the next week, such as

MNSSHP - Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

think we have to dress up for this, so prob go to walmart and get costumes exciting huh!

Makahiki Luau, SeaWorld's Polynesian Feast and Celebration

so think we are booking all of these tomo, which will be a bit odd spending so much money when we have been saving for so long- if anyone has been to one of these let me know any tips, best times etc

so we are just finishing off packing now

we have sent our little hamster lola on her holidays, and are just doing hand luggage etc now.

tomo i have to work till 11.30 then off for some waxing-ness then out for lunch (as not to make any dishes) then leave for air port at 2.30, we are staying in the travel lodge at manchester airport tomo so we can basically add a extra day to our holiday hurray!

we are now super excited, but still lots to do tonight :)
