Backlot Tour

Does anybody know what is replacing the Backlot Tour, and if so is it the whole thing that is being replaced or just part of it??

i dont think the whole of it is being replaced i think it is just residential street to make way for the new stunt show.

someone please correct me if I am wrong!

Yes, they have torn residential street down (much to my disgust) and they are replacing it with a new stunt show. The rest of backlot tour is still up and running.

Personally I thought the whole tour was past its best and ready for a complete rehab.. I know everyone has their favourites that have disappeared (Tapestry of Dreams Parade... sob!:cry: ) but I never quite gelled with the Backlot Tour. Hopefully it will be re-hashed in a much improved and attractive way.

Thats a shame as whenever we used to go past the George of the Jungle House I used to start singing it...........

Just wait until you see the Stunt Show. It's so good you'll be pleased they tore down Residential Street!

It's the same Stunt Show that they have in Paris, and it takes your breath away. By comparision the Indy stunt show currently in the Disney/MGM Studios will look very tame. The new show in Orlando should be even better than the original in Paris as there will not be bi-lingual interludes between the set-piece stunt scenes. Can't wait to see it...
