View Full Version : Buying tickets from Disney website

We are planning on buying our tickets direct from the Disney Website, however, it says that tickets will be despatched 10 days before travel, which makes me a little nervous! Has anyone else used them and were they reliable?
Also, I see that you can pay a deposit, and pay the rest 8 weeks before travel, however, I was wondering, do they send you an invoice, or a reminder? Because I have a brain like a seive. We were planning to just buy them from Virgin, for simplicity, but they are £25 more than Disney!
We bought our annual passes direct from Disney in the US by phone. They were very helpful - I paid for the tickets in full (in $) and they were shipped immediately (shipping cost $3).
Give them a ring

Have you tried comparing prices across different sellers? Try the Dibb Sponsors, Keith Prowse (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/phpads/adclick.php?bannerid=12&zoneid=2&source=&dest=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.keithprowsetickets.com) for a UK source, or Mapleleaf (www.mapleleaftickets.com) for about the cheapest US based seller. (Had two lots from Mapleleaf now, delivered in 7-8 days)

MapleLeaf again - I've ordered all my tickets from Omar (Disney, Uiversal, Gatorland, Dinner shows etc etc). They have been with me in about 7 days both times. He also has the lowest prices I've come across, supplies proper tickets (no vouchers) & just offers great service & peace of mind. Keith Prowse also come highly recommended & have some offers on at the moment for Universal. If you feel nervous ordering direct from Disney then don't. Check the above two web-sites out they'll probably be able to save you some £££'s
