This is going to be my first trip and im getting a bit worried as i have gone for a non driving option.
Am staying in quality inn international who provide shuttles. Does anyone know how often they run, or times. Also they charge for the shuttle to WDW, how much should i budget for?
Cheers

This may help with having no car, on I-drive there is a trolley bus called the I-ride trolley here is the sit for info
http://www.iridetrolley.com/
We had no car but were staying in Disney hotel, we used the I-ride trolley loads of times, you will be able to use it for Seaworld,Premium outlet mall, Belz mall etc have a look at the map, its also very cheap.
If you E-mail the site they will send a map and info with money off vouchers to your house, it takes about 2 weeks.
There is also public transport buses you can use
http://www.golynx.com/
we also used these and they were very cheap and easy to use too.
Sorry I can't help with the park shuttle buses.

thanks for that, i like the i ride site. Really helpful.
Im mostly worried about getting to WDW. Once you get there is it easy enough to move around the parks?

Hi fellow welsh girl!
We stayed in Quality Suites (same company) just off I-Drive and they did regular shuttle buses to all the parks, so I sure your hotel will. You could always email your hotel and ask them. I have been there as a non-driver and it was no problem whatsoever. We used the I-Ride, and as Mark said, it's cheap and easy to use.

They went at convenient times....usually fairly soon after breakfast. We were always the first pick up, so we always had a seat, but some of people from the last hotels on our pick up route had to stand.....but not for long. Each shuttle run only covers a few hotels and there are lots of shuttle buses, so you should be fine. We never had a problem with it anyway!

hi welsh girl
i am going to orlando the same time flight vs027 gatwick
i have been to orlando quite a few times and never had a car yet the shuttle buses run quite often about every twenty minutes to the parks but not to seaworld or universal studios as they are not disney parks i normaly get a taxi to them.
the shuttles drop yuo off at a numbered parking bay and that is where you meet it they run about 2hrs after the parks have shut. you can use disney own shuttles between parks or the mono rail. if you need any more info let me know and i will try to help

Most people book through the guest services desk in the Quality Inn, Cost a few dollars.I think its a mears bus service, im not sure.but dont worry about not having a car , theres plenty of options.

Welsh girl- cut your costs and get toWDW at a fraction of the cost by not using the hotel shuttle service. Take the I Ride to close to Sea World ( the driver will tell you where to get off)
and link up with the No 50 Lynx bus to WDW. It will cost you a fraction and many Dibbers staying on the Drive have done this rather than pay out each day for the shuttle. See the WDW without a car section and go on the Lynx site -there you will find the No 50 timetable. Do this and you are not bound to times and you will have a much fuller wallet too!

We did this some days even though our hotel had a free shuttle as it meant we weren't tied to their times. Worked out well. Remember to buy the multi day passes for the I Ride and Lynx and save even more $$$
