New Universal ticket

Just pricing tickets up for next year and noticed there was a new 2 or 3 park bonus ticket for Universal from 2009. It has unlimited access to IOA and US for 14 days for £69. Sounds ideal for us but can only find it on UK websites so it might only be available to UK.
