We had a 3 bed exec last year. It did have a "hot" tub but it was cold. :p: :wink

So you could press the button and bubbles happened, but the water was freezing. Whether you need to pay for pool heat to avoid this I don't know, but we went in August and so presumed pool heat wasn't required.

Not much help I'm afraid

Yes, you do have to pay for pool and spa heat if you want the spa to be hot.

Thanks for that. If that is the case I'm astounded TCD didn't mention that, as it is an avenue for them to get more money out of me!!! :p: :wink

I was a relative novice when I booked that trip, and hopefully I wouldn't make that mistake again!

Besides if I ever book a villa again it will be direct with the owner and not TCD.

Cheers

Booking direct is the best way to go, as once you have found a nice villa with friendly owners you wont want to put yourself in the hands of a tour op again.

Im not sure if TCD themselves charge you extra for the pool heating, this i think you have to pay direct to the management company who look after the villa.
