Watersong - anyone satyed there?

Hi, anyone stayed at the relatively new resort of Watersong.....we were offered friends place for xmas at great deal so excepted so just thought i would ask as we usually stay on orange tree....

Does anyone know the nearest walmart/publix etc is to it (ie on route from airport)

We have a villa at WaterSong and I'm sure you'll have a great time staying there! ;)

From the airport, providing you come off at Exit 58 which is the ChampionsGate junction, then you'll have a choice of two Publix supermarkets - one is at ChampionsGate and the other is further on near Reunion. It would probably be easier to get to the Reunion one as it is literally on your way. Having said that the ChampionsGate one is very close to the slip road and would only take you a minute or so to get to.

Walmart is off the 27 near the Southern Dunes community, you could come off the I-4 at Exit 55 but it would then take you longer to get to WaterSong afterwards.

There are restaurants and take-aways at ChampionsGate as well as take-aways at Reunion so if you don't fancy cooking on your first night then you won't have to!

We have stayed at Woodridge, which s very near to Orange tree, we have also stayed at Town Centre which is only a few minutes away from Watersong and out of the 2 locations, the champions gate are is by far the best IMHO! it's so close to everything, and gives eaasy access to the I-4, us27 and the 192, plus theres plenty of places to eat and shop, all within a few minutes drive! the new Publix near Reunion is very handy for popping into on the way back to the villa, there's also a Dunkin donuts, a chinese, a bank and a 7/11 gas station, plus theres a macdonalds, chillis and a few more up at Champions gate!Posner park (the new retail park) is less than 10 minutes away, there's a huge Target store there, very similar to Walmart! I'm sure you'll have a great time, after staying in the Champions gate area we wouldn't go back to staying on the us27! Have fun! p.s have a look at Sarah's (sage) villa to give you an idea of villa standards at Watersong, you'll be very impressed!
