Anyone stayed at the Orlando Vista Hotel?

Wondered if anyone knew what this hotel was like or the area its on Apopka Vineland Road?

We are only stopping there the first night but am hoping to catch some good :zzz: :zzz: :zzz:

It's right at the entrance to WDW near DTD, Crossroads is right across the street, so it's a great location for restaurants and for being near the Disney parks.

Dbf and i stayed there in july 2007 there ,if you do a search there are a few threads regarding Orlando Vista .
its in a great location ,thats its best point ,it was great for basic needs and we had no compliants but we were out all day and only used it as a base .

We stayed in it the first time we went in February 2007 for the 2 weeks of our Holiday. We enjoyed our stay the room was nice and the staff were very friendly particularly the lady that worked at the bar who I think was called Lucy.

The location as has been said before is fantastic.

We stayed again last October for 2 nights before we went home and the place was getting done up. We were on the 5th floor and the room to be honest was not anywhere near the standard of our first visit.
