Liberty Village

:wavey: Hi we have a villa booked which is located within the Liberty Village community. Has anyone ever heard of that or what its like? It says its about 10mins to WDW, 20mins to universal etc. Just wondered if anyone can answer :spin: PS its booked now, so no horror stories please :d:

its behind the large walmart on the 192 just before Medival Times, other resorts down that way are Lake Berkeley, Terrre Verde and Fiesta Keys. Im sure there are some dibbers who have villas down that way. def a resort i would consider, lloks nice when i did some searching for our last trip shirley

Liberty Village is a community down Poinciana Blvd, the next community down from Eagle Point.

It is a good mile from the 192 and the Walmart, but you can cut through Oren Brown Road or N. Bass Road to get to it.

Liberty Village is a mixed community of both STR (short term rental) and home owner villas.
We actually looked at a property to buy on LV, but preferred the Champions Gate area to the Poinciana Blvd area.
We found PB to get quite busy, but tbh it is a bit better now they have made it a dual carriage way. You are close to all local amenities like restaurants and food stores. Try the Target (turn right when you reach the 192), it is really nice store!

Have you got plenty of photos? Ask the owner to send you some! Then you can see where you're going to?

The villa that we rented in 2007 was in Liberty Village and guess what, we have re-booked it this year. Very quiet, tidy and clean.
Like castanea1985 said this community is mixed residential and short term rental. I have nothing else to compare it with but we loved it.

Can't wait now :wavey:
