Buy them there. We wore old trainers for going around the park and bought new ones for wearing other places, when we packed we chucked the old ones out and came back with 2 new pairs as this was still cheaper than one pair here.

Wait and buy them there without a doubt...

So much cheaper, especially if you get them from one of the factory outlet stores....

well i know there very expensive (between £55-£80) but i would recomend the puma mostros (the velcro ones) as depending on which material you get they don't need much breaking in atall. i would advise getting the mesh ones as they r the best and the cheaper ones aswel but the leather ones look a little bit nice.
heres a link 2 where u can c a piccy but there r loads more colours u can choose from. http://www.officeholdings.co.uk/perl/go.pl/womens-style.html?webcode=20&style_uid=765&color_uid=2942

Wait!!! My DD's bought at least four pairs each on opur last visit!! All named brands. They bought a pair each on the first day & they broke them in & spent the rest of the hols wearing them with no problems!! Maybe wise to take a well worn pair with you for the first day or so!! :thumb:

That's odd- its usually styles that are out ages before they are here.

We bought 6 pairs i think, went up to the Nike and Adidas factory stores, they were way ahead of our styles.

It's possible to end up with a list of things to buy as long as your arm and end up spending all your time shopping and not going to WDW at all! Yes, I know this is not necessarily a bad thing and is a lot of people's idea of heaven anyway, but I would think about your priorities. Any money you save you might end up spending on time and effort spent going around all the shops!

Saying that, you could make huge savings on trainers, so this one might be worth doing.

There is a Nike factory outlet at Belz Factory Outlet - located just across the I4.

See http://www.belz.com/factory/locations/orlando/ for more details!

I'm sure theres another one somewhere... but can't quite remember exactly where... hmm. I'll have a think about it!

Hope that helps x

When we went to DLC in November 2002, I bought a pair of Fubu trainers that were not even on sale over here and my daughter bought Guess trainers that aslo were not sold here.
She also got Skechers at half the price than they are here and I bought a pair of Vans that were in a Thanksgiving sale and they cost me about £8.I still wear them now for work as they are just so comfy.
We will certainly be buying more when we go again in August, but will be taking our old ones for walking round Disneyland.

I seem to remember there being a Nike discount store in a small retail park on the 192 somewhere. Can anyone remember where it is 'cos I want to go back there in August?
