I've only been to Cape Mays but it was out of this world (we're going again this time!). My boyfriend and I (both early 20's) went without children and we were a little unsure of what to expect but it was amazing!!!!!!
The interaction with the characters was really good fun and the food was outstanding.......the pancake rolls filled some sort of eggy/creamy filling topped with strawbeey and bannanas was so very very good. Couldn't fault anything...the service / food / ambiance was all brilliant and there was so much choice.
I understand with O hanas the choice of food is limited?
Also if you go to Cape Mays they let you park in their hotel car park for free as a visitor and the you are allowed to walk to Epcot (just about 4 mins walk away) to the international gateway entrance. This saves you paying $7 parking fee you;'d normally pay, so book the brekkie for the mornig you want to visit EPCOT.
Enjoy it wherever you go!

Lin I asked this question last year- here's the thread if it helps (http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16149&highlight=character)
We did Cape May and thought it was great although I think we were a bit unlucky with the character interaction but it was weekend and very busy so I think that may have had something to do with it.
