First comment....dont be too ambitious with your first night! I think its easier to grab a pizza / takeaway than to plan a meal out. You will be shattered, and if its your first trip, its easier to get your bearings in daylight than try to navigate at night!!

The second day you will be up VERY EARLY as you know! By 5pm you will be flagging and we made the mistake of a (pretty expensive) Disney meal. It was a waste of money as the kids were too tired to eat and just wanted to be in bed! If you are eating out that night, make an early PS or eat a restaurant that is near your villa like TGIs, Chilis or Olive Garden!!

Day 3 sounds very ambitious!! All day at MK followed by Epcot and then your cruise!!! I would scrap going into Epcot that day (you dont need to go into the park for the cruise). A nice place to eat would be either Cape May (for a buffet meal) or Beaches & Cream (diner) both at the Beach Club where you pick up your cruise. You cant book for Beaches & Cream, but there is a take out window and some nice tables if you cant eat inside.
