Bok Tower / Spook Hill

Has anyone been to this lately? I, myself, haven't been since I was a little girl and I wondered what it was like.

Also, my BF is curious about Spook Hill and I told him we'd have a drive through when we visit at Christmas. Probably combining it with a stop at Bok Tower for his Mum.

Anyone have any comments?

DW and I went some time ago. Enjoyed Bok Tower Gardens and would go again.

Couldn't see the attraction of Spook Hill though. I don't think we found the right part of the road, as we stopped our Jeep on the hill, and it immediately rolled backwards. I though the whole idea was it rolled up the hill! Maybe the combined weight of the Jeep and me after 2 weeks in Florida was just too much for the magic!

We were there Feb 03, still as peaceful as ever and no I can't get Spook Hill to work!

Okay, I'm not too clever, what is spook hill and Bok Tower?

Here is the info for both places. They are close together so they can be done on the same day. Nice if you are looking for a break from the crowds, rides, etc.

I'm surprised that so many have had problems getting Spook Hill to work. I've never heard of anyone having trouble with it. ....Are you sure you were on the right side of the road? heheh (sorry.....runs!!!!) :D :angel: :D
