Does anyone know where I can order tickets online for the Clearwater Seascreamer excursions, with a pick up from Orlando?

I know you can get them from Orlando Attraction Tickets but they are looking for $25 for shipping and there is no way I am paying that for a couple of sheets of paper to be delivered to me.

We are thinking of doing that as well mate. We where going to do it with keith prowse. But they only do day excusions. And we really want to spend the day down there and some of the evening.

We have a car. So what we are hoping to do is get down there on our own and find the boat and hopefully be able to book some seats on the day.

Bit of a risk i know but we think it will be ok.

Good luck with your plans

This looks great - how far is this from Kissimee as we will have a car as well and would like to do this if it is not too far away.

If you look at the Keith prowse web site http://www.keithprowsetickets.com/index.shtml.

It will give you some idea of what the tours offer you.

Went on their webiste (seascreamer.com) and if I cannot find an online booking service for them we will have to try the pitch up and hope for the best approach.

Well all I can say it is on the broucher we have from Going Places. But at the end of the day it is up to you where you get your tickets from. Good luck

We did the SeaScreamer a couple of weeks ago. Did not bother to book - just turned up.

It only runs three times per day - at 12:00, 2:00 and 4:00. The ticket booth is open from about 10:30. Just buy your ticket early and then go off for a drink or whatever.

A word of warning though - try to choose a day when it is not too sunny (if that is possible). There is no shade on the SeaScreamer and you will be out in the full heat of the sun for 60-75 minutes.

We were in Clearwater last weekend and went on a Dolphin Cruise with 'Island Time Adventures'. The boat took us out into the bay to find dolphins and our boat and the SeaScreamer found dolphins at the same time. Both boats floated around for about 10 minutes watching the dolphins then the SeaScreamer revved up its engines and took off. The dolphins followed, jumping in its wake. We had the most fantastic view from our boat, probably better than the people in the SeaScreamer but it certainly looked fun on the SeaScreamer. Our boat took us back via a little island for shell collecting. The island was a real cartoon desert island complete with two trees. We stopped on the island for about 20 minutes, enough time to swim and snorkle (snorkles provided) however the water was extremely cloudy and nothing could be seen.
The SeaScreamer trip lasts 1 hour and by the time you have cruised from the marina to the bay (boats have to go very slowly on the way to the bay and back), then watched the dolphins, there seemed very little time left for the fast bit of the ride.
If it's dolphins you want there are several boats running trips from the Clearwater Marina and we had no trouble just turning up on the day.
Tip: The car park next to the marina has parking meters which only allow you to pay for 20 minutes or 1 hour at a time. In order to go on a boat trip you need to buy a car parking pass from your boat trip provider for a longer time. You must however pay on the meter to cover the car for the time taken to walk over and get the pass from the boat trip hut. It took us ages to work this out.

Hi Tigger

We managed to get in touch with the Clearwater Screamer and you dont have to book online you can just turn up and book there and then. They apprantly have 4 trips out per day and the first one if I can remember is at 12am. I might be wrong about that time being the first.

Hope this helps.

Flower

ps: Can't remember the email addy at present but if I find it I will pass it on.
