I see many people mention the longish drive to BG. Is the shuttle bus not a good option to take?

I was thinking of going to BG, but am worried about the drive back in the dark, being tired etc. etc.

Knowing that part of the highway I can tell you that it is a quiet ride and not a brightly lit area so if you are going to be concerned about fatigue I would take the shuttle option and let someone else do the work.

Personally, I'm usually so 'charged up' that I don't mind driving back and I don't think that the ride is all that long anyway. It's really just a personal choice. Both are good options.

The shuttle bus is a good idea but you are limited to the times that they collect!! If you're late then you can be left behind. As FLGirl says the road is quiet - just follow the directions!!

i have done the shuttle bus twice and it was pretty much hassle free. the only thing to worry about is as Earthbound says they will leave you behind - i vaugely recall being right over the other side of the park and panicked about getting back to the coach.

Also if you do do this make sure u do the water rides first as the bus is pretty cold and u wont have time to dry off (take a change of clothing even better).

One last point BG is very tiring so the bus is a good option i fell asleep both times on the coach.
