Right then, just had my Theme Park Tickets through and it states "with immediate effect, all theme parks require photo ID".
Does that mean I have to carry my daughter's passport everywhere with me or will photocopies suffice (my husband and I will take our plastic photo driving liscences with us).
Cheers,
Nikki

Our tickets stated this but we weren't once required to produce it. Occasionally we were asked to sign a sheet to verify our signature but were never required to produce photo ID.

We found that although DH and I were asked for ID the children never were , even our eldest who they classed as an adult for ticket purposes.

I can't see how they have the time to look at everyone's ID. We won't get in to DW till midnight!!!

Same question I was thinking of posting. Lets hope the experienced Disney members can help out here.

Will take our ID for the first time & see how we get on - if we're asked then okay not a problem!

What exactly did you have in mind? I was thinking of taking colour photocopies of our passports. Have given up on the idea of sending off driving licences just to get pictures put on them as the expense seems too much to bother about.

Either copy of passport photos, or maybe just get some photos done in the booth. May be a good idea as it seems you need ID where ever you go!!
From what I remember it was only at Universal and they only took our signatures once or twice... we took our passports with us most of the time anyway so if they'd asked it wouldnt have been a problem. Also i think it was evey other party or every tenth something like that so it didnt realy slow you down and neither did the fact that they searched every bag on the way in.

Jools,
Think it's a new thing by looking at the info that came through with the tickets. Oh, what a palaver!!!
