Is concierge available through Virgin

Just wondering if it is possible to UG to concierge via Virgin or even to be able to do this at resort check-in if booking through Virgin?

I did this myself via Virgin Holidays back in 2006, like Val says it was 11 months before. VH advised they would have to 'request' the accomodation and would take up to 7 days to get back to me to confirm, they took less than 48 hours and gave me a very competitive price too :)

That was at the Yacht Club but basically you can ask them for any Disney resort that offers concierge (club level).

Thanks - I had wondered if you could - but never actually asked . At least if I win the lottery or something I know it is at least possilbe :d:
