How much to tip housekeeping?

So, we ended up booking a resort this time for our little trip. We're staying at the Caribe Royale in a deluxe king suite.

Having always stayed in villas on our other 5 trips, I am clueless :blush:

How much do you tip, do you do it daily, (assuming it may be different people who make up the room each day) and where do you leave it?

we tip a dollar a day per person and leave it on the bed in a little printed envelope.

A dollar a day left wrapped in a piece of notepaper with MOUSEKEEPING on it. (I don't take lots of envelopes with me, I'm a bit more pratical!).

They also get the myriad of Shrapnal at the end of the holiday, which is usually a few dollars more.

Me too - but left a note with it so the cleaner knew it was for them.
If you don't want to use the mousekeeping envelopes just make up a couple of cards before you go to put with the money!!
