Booked a 4 bed villa in Glenbrook Resort through TCD, sounds fab, especially with being close to supermarkets and eating places. Has anyone stayed in this resort recently, whats your opinion?

Hi I'm staying in one of the Glenbrook villas on June 12th for first time....Really looking forward to it now, had lots of info from dibbers and everything looks awesome!

There are 5 of us going (no kids) I think its an ideal base for the parks etc...

I'll let you know what its like when i get back

We like Glenbrook, we've stayed there twice before and are going back again this year ( we went to a different villa community last year, whilst it was very nice, we prefer Glenbrook).

A very well kept community with a clubhouse and some shops within walking distance and Walmart is a very short drive away at Cagans Crossing on HWY 27.

It is also quite close to the new West Gate entrance to Disney via SR429.

There seems to be new stuff (shops and restaurants) opening up every year in this area.

Enjoy :)

We have rented a villa on Glenbrook 3 times and really liked it. Friendly and helpful staff at the clubhouse, really close to shops and there is a great Chilli's nearby as well. Have a great time :wavey:

We were here two weeks ago and it's a great place to stay.

Sweetbays the new supermarket has good quality food and a good choice of products and much cheaper than Walmart!

I'm sure you will be happy there.

Hi Marie

Glenbrook isnt that big - the longest it would take you to get from one end to the other (worst case senario if you were in one road and your friend in the other) would be a 4/5mins walk tops and you may be lucky and be on the same road!

Dear Christine,

Thanks so much for that, cant wait. As we're only there for 6 days we are going on a cruise also, we are going to universal parks but omly want a 6 day pass what would you suggest ? also being cheeky we love shopping for clothes which is the best mall or outlet centre. Our sons love ed hardy and vans any ideas.

Sorry for going on, and Thanks Maria:wavey::wavey: xxx

There is a new shopping mall called Cagan Crossings north on highway 27, about 15mins from Glenbrook, Silver Creek, Clear Creek, etc. There is also an 18 screen cinema there.
