hi Guys

I love the Terminator ride at US.

but really just a quick question this time we go we will have our 5 year old niece with us, do you think that this is too young to do the terminator?

is there even an age restriction , I can recall seeing loads of little ones last time I went on it

please give me your views

thanking you

I think that this just has an "parental advisory" notice outside.

I wouldn't even think about taking a 5-year old in there IMHO.

Take a video preview here (http://themeparks.universalstudios.com/hollywood/website/terminator_2.html#)

Perhaps your niece`s parents would also like to see Terminator!! Why not mind your niece so that they can see it too? That seems a fair option for all concerned.

We had a little girl of around 5 sat near us this year and she screamed all the way through it, she was absolutely terrified.

from a purely selfish point of view and yes i dont have kids so i dont know what its like etc etc i hate people that bring small kids into intense shows and the cry and scream and talk all the way through it.
just me though ill be different when we ahve kids ourselves im sure!!!!

The funny thing about it was that a couple barged their way past us and ended up sitting next to her! Justice!!

brilliant!!
and is it just me or do you love standing and waiting for the people sitting in the middle of the row to move along and pretending not to speak english or my favorite way just barge past knocking their legs and standing on their backbags!!

What about taking the child to cast members and reporting him/her as lost? Then go and enjoy the terror of the show.

Finally (and this part is optional) return to the cast member and reclaim the child. Act a little vacant and claim that the jet lag has been playing havoc with your memory - but you are now pretty sure that the infant is in fact your little tike!

A problem shared is a problem increased. That's the way it is in our house, at any rate.

Humour?

Where?

I didn't spot any humour. Did anyone else see any? Have the Mods been informed?

Then again, .y 5 yr old daughter liked it a lot, but was terrified by parts of HISTA. I suppose different children are bothered by different things.

There's probably quite a lot that would make a 5yr old frightened during the show so maybe not a good idea! An excellent show it is though - millions of $$$ were poured into the creation & it showed!
