Ordered my FITS tickets - question

I phoned up to get my FITS tickets on Wednesday - gave them all required details. Then they said something about how they would send me a letter to fax back to them with my signature on it. Is this standard practice? Couldnt remember anyone else mentioning that.

Got loads of time till we go - just trying to be ultra organised for once!

I also ordered on Thursday, and they emailed me the said letter that needed signing and then I just faxed it back, then I got another email confirming they had recieved the fax.

Yes, this is standard practice. I think it is to authorise them to take the money from your credit card.

Yes this is the norm, I have had to do it both times I have ordered tickets from Rosa.

I didn't have access to a fax or scanner so just sent an email saying I authorised them to deduct the money from my creditcard.
