We are planning to spend 4 nights in Fort Myers during our trip next year. I have been browsing around the net and come across Broadway Palms Dinner Theatre, which apparently puts on a selection of off-Broadway shows throughout the year.
Next March when we are there, they will be playing "Gypsy", although I would've preferred one of the other shows showing later in 2005 (Miss Saigon, 42nd Street, Beauty & The Beast).

So, my question is...has anybody been to the Broadway Palms in Fort Myers? Was it worth the money and what was the food like...the menu looks pretty good.
I quite fancy the idea of seeing a Broadway show whilst we have the chance, what does everybody else think?

We will be there in july when Beauty and the beast is playing, where did you get the menu link?

From the main menu on the left, click "Whats playing" then "current show menu".

This is a sample of the dinner menu from the current show, sounds like it varies from time to time (maybe seasonal?).

I would like to have seen B&TB, I'm not sure if Gypsy is suitable for a 12 year old as I believe its about Gypsy Rose Lee, famous "risque" vaudeville star!
I have e-mailed to the Box Office to ask if it is suitable for children and whether the $19 child price includes dinner.

I'd be interested to know if you decide to book.

Hope you enjoy it, we ended up changing our accommodation from Ft Myers to Naples so we were unable to do this after all :(

Never mind, gives me an excuse to go back! :D I'd be interested to hear you report back about this if you get there.
