Just to be a final pain before hitting 'Mousetown'. Travelbag have changed our rental company from Alamo to Hertz. Alamo are on site at MCO but Hertz are off site. Is there a shuttle service from airport to Hertz and how do we make contact on arrival. There will be no rep to meet us therefore we need some direction from moe seasoned travellers. I know it is a bit late in the day as we travel on Wednesday 10 Nov but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

Usually and certainly at los angeles where all rentals are off site the buses are constantly pulling up to their stop !! There are loads of signs telling you where to go.

You can do one of two things ...the driver (s) gets on the bus gets the car and then comes back and picks the group up with the luggage.

Or if you can cope with the luggage then you all get on the bus. Depends how familiar you are with the airport and driving , as it is quite hard to negotiate where you are going especially when you are tired.

Now I thought that car rental companies charged you more for the onsite privilidge as they have to pay a tax etc to the airport. Will this mean you get some money back? worth asking.

Denise ...have a great trip.

As with most carhire in Orlando MCO go to the ground floor.
Outside you`ll find a Hertz Bus stop/stand. As you said theres a shuttle that will take you to their site, takes about 10 min. The Driver will Help with any baggage.
Thats what we did last year.
Have a great time
