Trudy and I are now on the final countdown to our Christmas Shopping trip to Orlando - yes !!
We have heard that Boardwalk is a nice place to eat in the evening. Having never been there before can anyone recommend any restaurants?
Thanks TanyaBx

ESPN Club is my favourite

If your at Epcot you can go out the International Gateway, that will lead you on to the Boardwalk. Or catch any of the Disney Buses to the Boardwalk.

After your meal try and round your visit off to the Broadwalk by going to 'JellyRolls'. We had a fantastic night there last month (still can remember the hangover too:D )

We loved the Big River Grill.

Nice selection of beers there as well.:D

Second the Big River recommendation, one of our favourite restaurants in WDW, and as Simon said, the beer is very good too :)

Spoodles was a lovely experience... try the flatbreads!Yum!:D

And, as suggested above, (and for adults only) finish off at Jellyrolls!(see my trippie for June, link below)

Thanks everyone for the recommendations - we will let you know how we get on. I don't know where we are going to find the energy for all of the shopping, eating, drinking and a visit to MK in four days! I am sure we will manage.

Mike - You must have at least one favourite shop that you like to visit when in the states ??

..Tanya - :D I do actually like browsingas long as it doesn't take hours...... it's the purchasing bit I can't stand!;) I like Florida Mall, and the WDW stores around the Parks, DTD and Boardwalk etc.... I think my favourite store would be the Wyland Gallery...and that's very safe for me, as I can't afford anything in it!:D

I almost get a panic attack at the thought of the excitable, dedicated trawling of the outlet malls reported by some Dibbers, and the extra dozen cases needed to get all the booty home... I simply don't need anything that badly!:p:

Each to their own! I can shop here in the UK... but I can't watch Illuminations or walk the World Showcase, ride Kraken or Duelling Dragons! I know where my priorities are!:wink

:D

Another vote for ESPN - They do a sweet that is something to do with a hockey puck (I think) which is really nice

Another vote for ESPN. From the males in this house it is mainly because they saw lots of footie on one of the tv screens and they had been deprived of it for almost 3 weeks. They thought they were in heaven when they went to the loo and there are tv screens above the urinals.
