Basketball sounds like a good evening's entertainment - tried baseball a few trips ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We are in Orlando in February - is there any chance of seeing any?

Hope you can help, thanks

Hi Elaine,

You need to check on Ticketmaster.com.Put your actual dates in and it will bring up any events while you are there.

Theres a very good chance you can get to see the Orlando Magics for your dates in February:D I checked for my dates from Feb 11th to 18th and there were 2 matches on that week:light:

We went to see the Magics last October and had a fantastic evening:p:

Can not recommend highly enough a trip to Downtown Orlando to see Magic play. We seen them play Houston in a pre-season friendly in October.

Only place for tickets is ticketmaster.com and you collect at the on-site ticket office on match night.

Good night out is a trip to NBA Cafe in Citywalk and then a trip up to Downtown.

Best to do this in hire car or taxi. Lynx buses take a while and they do not run in the evening.

You see a VERY different side of Orlando when you visit Downtown.

You can buy your tickets from the stadium itself (TD WAterhouse) in Orlando - we did this last year - they only cost $10 each. Fab night out!!!:jump: :jump:

Yes agree with all that - you'll have a great evening out. We bought our $10 tickets on the night from the box office - they're the cheap one's up in the God's - but you still get a great view. Arena side are about $100 each.

There's lots of entertainment going on the whole evening and it's definitely a family night out - there will be loads of locals there with their kids.

There's a car park (nominal charge) right next door to the TD Waterhouse Centre - and it's actually spelt Centre and NOT Center (strange for USA).

It's in West Amelia St off I4 junction 83A

Les - your comment regarding Ipswich Town went right over my head (sorry it was wasted) cos I'm not a UK sports fan at all - just wanted to experience basketball after experiencing baseball last year.

Although I'm a bit disappointed that basketball guys dont wear the tight lycra!
