Updates from Warbirds Adventures after Hurricane Charley cause some considerable damage to their operations
Recent Updates:
Hurricane Charley - Update Oct 1, 2004
The helicopters damage turned out to be less than anticipated and they should both be up and running hopefully by the middle of November. The two damaged T-6's should be flying by early spring. Please feel free to stop by and see the progress. We have not suffered any additional damage
Hurricane Charley - Update Oct 26, 2004
The piston powered MASH helicopter will fly by Nov 7. It sustained the least damage and we have repaired it in house. The turbine powered Soloy 47 will take a bit longer. It's completion is planned for December and is being repaired by our friends at Coastal Helicopter in Panama City, Florida.
Hurricane Charley - Update Nov 7, 2004
The piston powered MASH helicopter is FLYING!!! We have tested the ship thoroughly and it's now on line again. It's available 7 days/week just like it used to be.
Looks like they are getting back to normal:thumb:
