The Disney Bug

I went to Florida for the first time in September 2004 and it was absolutely fantastic!! I've now got the 'Disney bug' as I've booked to go again next August for another 3 weeks! I'm thinking of buying an Annual Pass for the Disney Parks, and then booking to stay at the Carribbean Beach Resort.

Does the price of the annual passes stay the same, or is there a good time to buy them? I've heard that you can only book them 3 months before you go - is this true?

Best to buy with a good exchange rate and once purchased you can activate the vouchers they send to you when ever there is no time limit. Disney usually increase prices in the New Year I think?
