Anybody tried the Manatee Swim

Has anybody tried the manatee swim in Crystal River, your opinions would be appreciated.

Yup, a lot of people on here have done a manatee swim at Crystal River, including me :) If you do a search for "manatee" you'll find LOTS of threads :)

It was nice to get away from the buzz of Disney for a day, and just chill out, manatees are amazing creatures and I was really humbled by them. I would definitely do it again :)

One tip I would say though, most of the tours start early in the morning (we had to be at the office by 8am). Don't do what we did and leave Orlando early the same day (5am!), it makes it a really long day. Next time we do it, we'll stay the night in Crystal River beforehand :)

Highly recommended, it was the highlight of this years trip.
The people who run the manatee swim are also great with younger kids and make sure that they get the best experience they can.
