Does anyone know if there is a Seascreamer running out of Sarasota, or just Clearwater. Thanks.
From the website it's only South Carolina and Clearwater.

We are thinking of going on this now. Another thing we have not yet tried. looks great fun.
Actually we did this and was slighly disappointed.
Yes we did see dolphins which you can see on our gallery but imho it wasn't really worth the money.
What we did think was great fun was Captain Memo's Pirate Ship Cruise - that was brilliant and if you choose the Sunset cruise the views are spectacular.

I agree, bit of fun but not worth the money as you spend most of the time getting out and into the harbour and what seems like a few minutes out at sea. The staff were very funny though.
If you want to try something different, go see the Friday night rodeo nr Kissimee.. great fun and really good value.
We went to the one at Clearwater Beach and the kids (and adults!) had a great time.
Would recommend it ;-)
Lisa... you've made me think now... we had this firmly on our to-do list for next year, but I wonder if it's over-rated? Any more views? (SeaScreamer, not the Pirates!:D )

Mike,
Yeah I thought it was slightly overated to be honest.
As Raymond said you spend most of the time getting in and out of the harbour and there are no guarantees you'll see any dolphins anyway.
Also you all have to rush to the back of the boat to see anything and that's where the problem is - if you're small or have kids you don't get to see much at all.
In fact when we did the Pirate Cruise we saw dolphins swimming about on that. Double whammy fantastic sunsets, great fun and dolphins for only a few extra bucks.
It would be interesting to see what other people thought of it though.
Didn't Steve (Mapman) come back and enthuse about the Seascreamer ?
There may be a description / Trip Report somewhere.
