Has anyone ever tried a Drive-In?

We've found one in Fort Myers and DH really wants to go when we are down there.

Has anyone else ever done this? What did you think of it?

If this is a drive-in Movie then I have done this on a few occasions in Australia and America. Was not too impressed with them - you pick up the sound on the car radio but was too easy to be distracted. But you may enjoy - you never know until you try - very few places left now that have it.

My cousin in the US was horrified when I suggested trying one. According to her they are "flaky"!!

They are a dying breed. Thats were the high school kids used to go to "make out" in the car, and hardly anyone watched the movies.

LOL, not sure if DH & I will have much chance of "making out" with DD aged 12 sitting in between us!!
