i would love to do a manatee swim tour but is it right that they only take place from oct-feb if this is so i can't go:cry: as we go in july.
i have looked at a couple of tours and the one i fancy www.fun2dive.com/manatee don't give dates(at least i couldn't find them:( )
but one of the testimonials says this is the case
i know some dibbers have done these tours and have had a fantastic time
please someone tell me i can go

Absolutely brilliant!!! Did it in August & swam with a mother & cub on my own while all the others were too busy hanging onto a sign post!!! - never forget the experience!!

Is this far from Disney? Sounds a lovely thing to do.

This usually takes place at Crystal River which is about 11/2-2 hours drive from Orlando.
There are coach tours that go there for non drivers.
Our trip was a full day out with manatee swim, wildlife park and airboat trip with lunch. It was arranged though Virgin but there are loads of places that do them including Park Ticket sites.
