Web Site Email delays

***Quick Message for anyone trying to contact me by email via my website***

There is currently a delay of up to 5 hours on incoming email from the internet.
Message Labs who provide our virus and spam protection are currently working to fix this

If you can please use PM's until this is fixed it may be safer to ensure your mail gets to me.

This is no longer affecting my incoming mail directly... only those via the website.
