11% Discount?

Can anyone remember how to get the 11% discount in Macy's/Bloomingdales etc (I think).

Last time I used a voucher I had with my DC tickets, but I am pretty sure you can go somewhere in the shop to get it without the voucher?

Just ask for the international discount. They have a bar scan behind the till.

Is it only certain places that do the discount...I never knew about any discounts but always buy lots of stuff from like sears etc when there

I was in New York over New Year and got the 11% discount you mention. All I had to do was go to the customr services department and show my passport or photo driving license to prove I was from Europe and they give you a leaflet which has your discount card in it.
