Crossroads is OK for essentials at Goodings supermarket but Publix is cheaper and just up the road on Vineland Ave opposite the Premium Outlets (http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/outlet.asp?id=17), fab shopping here :D Crossroads has good food such as Red Lobster, TGI Fridays, Pebbles, Jungle Jims and the usual McD's and Taco Bell.

I would say it would only be good for the Goodings Supermarket, the other shops are just small outlets.
There are some good restaurants there and a Pirates Golf.
It is really easy to get from DTD. Jusy walk up the main road, 'hotel plaza boulevard'. It takes about 10-15 mins. It is exactly 1 mile.

Premium Outlets is just a short distance from Crossroads but you can't get there walking, its impossible to cross the I4.

It only costs $5 in a taxi from DTD to Crossroads, then about $8 to Premier Outlet.
Some great places to eat at the Crossroads retail complex.
We are staying next door to the the Premier Outlets...............I will need to hide all the credit cards and $ from my DW. LOL
