Never posted before so hope im doing it right.
Going to Orlando on the 23rd cant wait,:D Will be there for 3 weeks and its my daughters 13 birthday on the 12th of march. We have asked her what she wants to do but she dosnt know.:confused: So i wondered if anyone out there had any good tips? I know about getting the "Today's My Birthday" button from Disneys Guest Services and was thinking of maybe doing a Character meal at Crystal Palace (she likes eeyore)

That sounds like a great idea - with the birthday badge she should get lots of attention from the CM's.

If you want to do the character meal it might be worth booking it before you go so you a guaranteed to get in.

Crystal Palace is lovely, make a PS to be sure of getting in and have a lovely time!

We had an early dinner at the Crystal Palace - very nice food. It does get quite busy so a PS would be a good idea (I'd mention that it was for your daughter's birthday when I phoned them too). Hope you daughter has a great birthday

You can buy really nice birthday cakes from the bakery section at the Gooding's at the Crossroads Shopping Centre - I think you can buy them from Publix supermarkets too.

The one's we saw at Gooding's were superb and only cost about $20

When we went a few years ago it was my nephews 3rd birthday when we breakfasted at Crystal Palace and this was mentioned to the CM looking after our table.

Within a few mins, she had come back with a fairy cake with a candle on it, the whole restaurant sang Happy Birthday and they did not charge him for the meal as he had only just turned three!!

Crystal Palace is great for a breakfast. It is the only one that we are doing again this year. It has a great menu and looks so light and airy in there. They really make a big thing over the birthdays with everyone singing - made me wish I had one there.
