We have booked a car through you and have been given a voucher for a u-save car which is offsite at orlando airport.
Can you tell me is there a desk at the airport and a shuttle bus to the company

Thank you for your post. U-Save do not have a desk at Orlando they are actually based on McCoy Road where Alamo use to be based, however on your voucher, you will notice a free phone telephone number. When you arrive simply call this number from any call phone in the airport and U-Save Car Rental will come and collect you.
Feedback from previous customers generally suggests (if you can) that one of the party nips off to phone the free number while the others collect the luggage this way you should be able to get straight on the shuttle bus.
