Is it me or is the advert for them a con. It states free Planet Hollywood meal and flashes 4 different tickets. I phoned to book the Universal tickets ( 2 day 2 park £49) to be told it doesn't include this ticket only the more expensive ones. Maybe its just me but seems VERY misleading. What do you think?????

I got a great deal from them, 3x Disney 7 day prem, 3 flextickets, plus they threw in 3 Planet Hollywood meals, and 3 x pirate meals due to the advice I found on here, they sponser this website, so I dont think a con by any means.
I got genuine tickets too not vouchers....good service!

And yet the won't honour their ad. Maybe because I'm not spending enough money with them:nonono:
It's quite clear on their website:
Buy ANY Disney Premium or Ultimate tickets or either a 4 Park or 5 Park Orlando FlexTicket™ from us and get an absolutely FREE meal at Planet Hollywood Orlando. Be quick, this deal can not last for ever!

Yep, totally agree on website it's very clear. Pity about their advert on the dibb. I may seem petty but I hate to be told one thing only to read the small print or being told " I know it say that but what we really mean is this." I work in retail and if we mislead the public like this ad does we would be on Watchdog before you could say Nicky Campbell.
Guess I'm alone on this but I think I'll use another firm to book my tickets and make a one man stand!!!:mad2: :mad2: :mad2:
The Banner here on the DIBB says Tickets from various prices, Free Lunch and it says 'Click Here for More Info'
It certainly isn't misleading as when you click the banner to get more info it very clearly in BOLD states the conditions for the Free Lunch, in the center of the page.
So I think It's a long way from being small print or misleading.
I agree with Tescotom to a point.
The webside is abundantly clear (and they give great service too) but the banner still shows "Free Planet Hollywood Lunch" at the same time as it specifically advertizes the tickets for which Planet Hollywood vouchers are unavailable, without a small-print disclaimer.
If this was "real world" e.g. in a travel agency window it would be classed as misleading.
However I don't think its a cynical ploy, more an oversight, because their website is very clear.
I'd still use them again if the price was right.
I have just received confirmation of my order for 7 days Disney Premium tickets for £144 each with the Planet Hollywood Complimentary Meal.
It says:
Note: FREE TAKE ONE MEAL -
Entree - Choice of Hamburger or Cheeseburger Platter. Vegetarian entree available upon request.
Beverage - Unlimited soft drinks, coffee or iced tea.
Includes tax and gratuity.
I guess we will be having burger!

So did we - the burgers were enormous and couldn't have been more different from a McDonald's!!

I can see your point Tom.
It does flash on the banner:
2 Park Universal Tickets from £49
Free Planet Hollywood Lunch
Click for more info
However, it does make it clear on the website when you click on the banner, but if you have only clicked on the banner for this reason then I would say it could be misleading.

I must agree that I thought it was quite clear on the Site which tickets came with the voucher and which didn't!
