Hi,
My mum and step dad are due to go 30/4 and we are staying at the all star movies as of 1/5. I have seen the phots from bigbrat and mortified and certainly do not want my mum staying there although she hasn't seen the pictures and keeps assuring herself that as other people haven't had bad experiences there she will be okay - but I don't want to take that risk. I am trying to get some help/advise through Kenwood travel who it is booked through (flying with virgin) and they ar enot being to helpful at the moment and at the mo I am currently on hold to Viring who I booked with for advise on what to do clarification on any renovations and assurance of the std of rooms there.
If anyone has any advise on how I can sort this Iwould really appreciate it. Apologies for going on....
