It consists of different characters e.gMickey Mouse, Minnie, Chip n Dale etc coming to your table for photo opportunities etc while you enjoy a buffet breakfast. Great fun, we went to Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary Resort. Easy to book, just phone WDW for priority seating.

Your kids are exactly the right age to enjoy a character breakfast. It is a great thing to do on your first day and will help them to get used to interaction with the characters too! A great chance for photos and autographs as they come around the tables and will make time for all the kids. One tip, be sure to sit your kids at the edge of the table so they can get near to the characters, your server will usually help by telling you when to expect them at your table. The food has always been great too, but your boys may be too distracted to eat much.

When are you going? We've booked the day before in October for a large party, but if it will be busy then try to book several days in advance.
1900 Park Fare is excellent food, and the characters are Tigger, Pooh, Eeyore, Mad Hatter, Alice and Mary Poppins.

It's a must! We especially enjoyed Chef Mickey's at the Contempory, there seems to be more of a party atmosphere, (we all did the napkin dance..lol). The food is buffet style, and you can eat as much as you like. I would suggest that you book early, even better if you can book it before you go. We booked ours at home here before we went, and we took advantage of the FREE ones you get with your tickets (I think Free Breakfast's only apply to 10 day passes or more, but don't quote me on that).
Perhaps someone else can verifiy that for you!
It's all about having fun, and that's exactly what you and the kids will do!
