Ok sorry for being thick!

If we do a few nights to Euro Disney (not a package) do we fly to Charles De Guall? And from there is there a train to ED?

Yes you can fly to CDG airport. Easiest way to get there is the shuttle bus which runs from the airport to all the on-site hotels at Disneyland Paris. Alternatrively you could travel to London and catch the direct Eurostar service (less than 3 hours from London to the gates of DLP!).
