Where are these attractions?

Hi

Am I right in thinking that Stitch's Great Escape is in MK? If so, where is it and was it there April last year? I must have completely missed it if it was. Also, where is Pirates of the Carribean and was that open last April?

Can you also advise whether they are rides or shows.

Stitch has replaced Alien Ancounter in Tomorrowland and opened last Summer/Fall. As for PoC that has been in Adventureland for absolutely yonks, maybe even since the park opened, but may have been in rehab last year?

Alien Encounter was a brilliant ride and the scene set really well to scare the kids a bit. I would imagine the Stitch thing is much the same....well I hope it is, I can't wait to see it again.

You would be forgiven for missing POC as it can be difficult to see as you may be too busy looking around you at other things, but it is well pointed out on the map and the tell tale signs of being upon it is the parrot as you approach it and the shop selling pirate flags and the like....there is the faint sound of canons firing also and will be on your left as you come sround from mainstreet end of AL, look out for what was a beige stone effect structure

I think it always appeared to a lot of people to be "off kilter" with the theming and ethos with the rest of MK - not kid / family friendly at all.

But - I loved every bit of of it - even better in it's original format.

We loved Alien Encounter but have not seen Stitch yet.

We thought we hadn't seen POC before when we went last, but we had and had just forgotten it. But we still thought that it was great and that is the main thing!!:D

to be honest i could not really see the difference in the two rides, they are based on the same idea/set up imho.
