I was a coaster chicken until a few years ago... anything that went upside down...NO WAY!!
Then I started with Python at Busch Gardens and worked my way up ...now I will give anything a try...and love them all... apart from one but I am not going to put you off by saying which one it is.. I will just say its a Disney ride but not Rock and Roller which is fab!!!
I am scaring myself silly lately looking at the new Sheikra ride at Busch Gardens..but I will go on it... palpitations in the line or no .. ;)
give them a try they are not scary, or stomach churning ..more exhilarating :D
Oh I do not do pirate swings...as I hate tummy lurching rides..
Shelly, is it space mountain ???

No space mountain is a lot of fun :D
Jen, if you do a search you'll find a couple of other threads from coaster wusses. You'll also see that everyone's opinion is different. I was sick after Space Mountain, but did Krakken-lol

My eight year old daughter didn't want to have a go at any rides that went upside down but she suddenly decided to have ago the first day we did at Seaworld and we couldn't keep her off them.
We just said to her give it a ago you may never come back and you don't want to regret it.
You have to try everything once!:D

if you hate stomach turning rides could it be Tower of Terror???
If not it must be Mission Space!

Tower of Terror was pretty awesome but for me it was the Krakken as your feet are left dangling. I closed my eyes on the way up of the first bit and didn't open them again until we stopped!

There are lots of scary rides, but it depends what you are scared of.
I'm scared of falling out (so I'm petrified on Gwazi and a bit anxious on Flying Unicorn) and of being eaten by dinosaurs (so I hate Dinosaur).
However I love dropping and flying ("falling with style") so I love TOT and Kraken. :D :D
And it goes without saying that IASW is the most worrying of all. :p:
Kraken..... dangling feet.... aaarrrrggghhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tower of terror - that the falling lift one isn't it ?? I have enough trouble with normal lifts !!!!

That's right! I have to say I'm not a huge fan of lifts, but TOT is not to be missed. Go on - try them all, we dare you! :D

My youngest son was scared silly by anything dark at Disney last time we were there. As a result I think we were the ONLY family to stand outside Small World with a screaming child clinging onto a pole to stop us from taking him in there.

Disney hasn't got too much in the way of scary apart from Tower of Terror and Rock N Rollercoaster Universal and IOA have though. Dr Dooms fearfall and Amazing Spiderman are good but a wee bit frightening but then I am a fellow wuss.
I am the biggest wuss on the Dibb! I don't go on anything that is high, spinny, dark, upside down, drops etc etc !
However I have promised myself that I am going to be braver next time. I have made a pact with myself that I will definitely go on Splash Mountain and Test Track (please don't laugh at me all you daredevils!)
I did actually go on Spiderman but only because I didn't know what it was!! I was scared stiff of the sensory drop but thought the ride was very clever. Felt a bit queasy when I came off though.

I'm going for the first time in June - never been on any rollercoasters as get very bad motion sickness, but i think if you are going to Orlando you have to be brave and try the coasters - though i'm not so sure i'll still be thinking that when i'm stood in front of Hulk!!

I was such a wuss till the first time we went and Ben took me on the ToT and RocknRoller Coaster... RnRC was the first upside down coaster I had tried..... That day we went from that to ToT about 8 times each......
I chickened out of Hulk the first day we went to IoA and told Ben to go ahead so I could watch. Then we did Spiderman and Fearfall and I felt brave enough to try the Hulk. So glad I did, we did all the coasters up front last time!!!
Oh - for the Kraken - go to the front and sit on the outer seats, it's the best ride as you feel like you have NOTHING under you at all!! It's just like flying!

I've done Hulk once, and once was enough, never again!

There's more chance of Mickey Mouse becoming Prime Minister on 5th May than me going on the Hulk !!!!!!!!!!
