Park Tickets - cautionary tale

Everyone please make sure you check your tickets thoroughly when you receive them. We order ours from Orlando Ticket Deals and received them back in January. We ordered 3 adult 14 day ultimate disney tickets and 3 adult 4 park 14 day flexi tickets. We just looked at them and put them away. Today we received our tc's and thought while we are signing them we will sign the tickets. Disney tickets were fine but the flexi tickets all said child on them. Imagine our panic. Luckily the invoice clearly stated 3 adult tickets so we rang them and they asked us to send them back special delivery and they will send us three more tickets by return. Will be worried now until they arrive. Just wanted to warn everyone to check carefully!

This happened to us but the other way around - they were all adult tickets instead of one being a child ticket. Im assuming it wont matter. I emailed the ticket place but they didnt respond.

we book flexi tickets to years ago and it was about a week before we went we were at my aunties planning a party for my grandads 80th when she showed us the tickets then we all sort of relised at the same time that they were park hoppers and didnt included the parks we wanted

so after about 3-4 hrs on the phone we came to a simular arrangement to send them back
anyway luckly the correct ones arrived about 2 days before we went but close call

:( im afraid your child will not get in on an adult ticket, we have had exactly the same problem, if i were you i would e-mail the company again and demand the ticket is changed otherwise you might end up paying at the gate.

I am curious to know why Disney would not let a child in using an adult ticket - does anyone have a clue why this would be :confused2 ??

I'm glad this advice is still useful nearly a year on - can't believe it was a year ago. It was the first thing I checked we bought the tickets this year.:)

I bought 2 adult and 2 child tickets direct from Universal. (in the offer with 1 child free with 1 adult 2 day valid for 7 offer)

They came direct from universal from a phone booking (because my CC wouldnt be accepted online.) I got 4 adult tickets. I just assumed it didnt matter.

Am I in bother?

Ive just rechecked them. Would seem they say "admit guest" on the tickets. No mention of adults or child! But yes, a good idea to take the receipt.
