Bought 7/2 day u iversal tickets,told me would send 10/14 days before we go,and then two days later tickets turned up?

So no complaints,just strange that we were told one thing and another happened/

But good value for money!

Ordered our Universal tickets last week and received them within 3 days. Can't get much better than that.

we were very impressed by their service. we told them we were going sooner than we actually were to ensure tickets came in time and they turned up 2 days later. Excellent!!

l ordered mine and was asked when l needed them, as it was a long way off and because of Easter and they had been busy they said the begining of May. About a week later they turned up so no complaints from me. They answered my email very quickly and returned my phone call.

ordered our tickets last week and told them we were going earlier than we are, received them this week no problems :D

Yup, superb service, got a phone call 10 mins after order placed on website, said we are going June even tho we are going in July, got the conformation 2/3 days later by post and the tickets 4/5 days after that by recorded post.

Top stuff, and the tickets are the geniune article too, not vouchers.

I used them for the Universal/IOA 2 parks over 7 days ticket.

Phoned me back next day after sending my email enquiry. I explained that I had not booked my flights yet but I would be going sometime in September.

They said ok and they would send out the tickets end of May. Three weeks later they had arrived by recorded delivery.

Very prompt service and easy to deal with.

Had a look, prices are very good, what about the free Planet Hollywood Lunch - no catches? This would be unusual - there is usually a catch - has anyone got the voucher for the free lunch?

A few people have had the meal vouchers with them georgemac and i dont think there is any catches ...they have to be used at a certain time etc and for certain stuff but apart from that i think its ok

BEWARE though of there travelling within 24 hours claim as I tried ordering a few weeks before travelling and they just said they had no stock and were expecting some end of the week. I called back and nothing but was told another date. I called back again and was basically told GO ELSWHERE! rather rudely, as if I was pestering them? I said to the guy on the phone about their websites claim that you can pick the tickets up in Orlando and he just said AGAIN try elsewhere sir.

This was for travel in January which was one of the quietest times of year as well.

l have the meal vouchers and they are for burger meals and unlimited soft drinks. l also believe there is a time span on them. It also says the tip is included (if you want to be tight :wink sorry careful). l have no problem with using them at certain times of the day, its a free lunch !!! after all.

I bought 14 day unlimited from them and have just got back. Used the Planet hollywood vouchers for dinner, didn't order the Burger, but they credited the amount for the burgers off what we did eat - so no catches at all (we still left a tip though!!)

I ordered 4 disney and 4 universal tickets on thursday. They said that they would send them at the end of the month as we are going in june.2 days later received confirmation. Today we receivied the tickets and 8 vouchers for free planet hollywood lunchs.It states on the vouchers that they must be used between 11-5. Good service and would recomend them.
