Just booked honeymoon for next year, and for a day I'm getting dragged to the Daytona racetrack, and in exchange I get to drag my h2b round lots and lots of shops! As we are not going to have loads of time to shop (too busy being big kids at the theme parks :-) ) which ones are the best? Probably end up buying lots of cheap jeans and sports gear so definitely need a Nike and Adidas outlet, as well as a Gap! Thanx guys!

Hi and Welcome to the Dibb.
Our favourite Mall would be the Florida Mall, we also buy a lot of Jeans at Old Navy and trainers from Reebok both of these are located at the LBV premium outlets

Hi,
I though daytona was going to be boring when my dh dragged me there last year but i really enjoyed myself, what i did say though was daytona in morning and daytona beach in afternoon :D :D :D
We spent 4 hours at the racetrack and my hubby said that was long enough to do everything.
Might be worth a try
:D
I've bought most of my bargains from Beltz. Had a few from the premium outlet at LBV. Including a pure silk evening gown for New Year for £40.00!
It actually cost me more to have it dry cleaned!!

It has to be the Premium Outlets (http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/store_listing.asp?id=17) for the above items :D :D
Oh and welcome  to the DIBB and congratulations on choosing Orlando for your honeymoon :D

Orlando was always our first choice for a honeymoon, perfect for 2 big kids! The idea of lazing on a beach for 2 weeks fills us with horror! Also, are there any music/movie memorabilia shops around the area? Thanx all x

Am I the only one on here who hates shopping especially the malls in Florida?

The Mall at Millenia is our favourite. Festival Bay is also good, but Beltz and the Premium Outlets are the best for bargains.

Hi,
Just to add - if your are at the Race Track in Daytona, on the opposite side of the road is Volusia Mall which is quite nice.
Been shopping in Orlando a couple of times but absolutely love St. Augustine on it's own it's a great place to visit but just outside you have Belz and Premium Outlets - best shopping by far!!!!
If you have a spare day well worth a visit.

Thanks for all the tips guys, although now don't think a day shopping will be enough! Might have to subject h2b to 2 days :-)
